C+S developed a broad engagement strategy to generate support for the Chula Vista Bayfront Master Plan. We created a brand, a website, solicited letters of support, organized allies and advocates, and made hundreds of presentations and held public meetings to educate residents about the development. The California Coastal Commission unanimously approved the Plan.
