Cook + Schmid worked closely with the City of Carlsbad Economic Development Department to create and implement an online outreach program to increase awareness of the Life in Action brand. The goal of the campaign was to attract top talent from around the country to seek employment in the City’s thriving business community. This was accomplished through a rebrand and by engaging prospective employees and entrepreneurs over social media and the Life in Action website. The strategy increased engagement on Facebook and Twitter by almost 20 percent. The additional engagement also drove an increase in visitors to the website and increased in the average time spent on the site.
