Cook + Schmid worked closely with the City of Carlsbad Economic Development Department to create and implement an online outreach program to increase awareness of the Life in Action brand and its values. The goal of the campaign was to attract top talent to participate in the City’s thriving business community. This was accomplished through a rebrand and by engaging prospective employees and entrepreneurs over social media channels and the Life in Action website.
