Cook + Schmid developed a program with the goal of building trust in tap water, and the San Diego County Water Authority, among Latinos. Cook + Schmid developed a brand, “Agua Pura Directamente de la Llave,” as well as a campaign that used social media, a partnership with a doctor and influencer, media relations, and targeted digital advertising to drive record-breaking traffic to the Spanish language website. The Public Relations Society of America recognized the campaign with awards for Multicultural Outreach and Research.
