SAN DIEGO – Cook + Schmid, a full-service marketing and public relations firm, today announced its work in 2017 was recognized by the San Diego Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) with three first place wins at the annual Edward L. Bernays Awards ceremony.

Cook + Schmid won Bernays Awards of Excellence for strategic programs in the categories of Business-to-Business Media Relations and Global Communications for the agency’s support of Kratos Defense and Security Solutions. The awards acknowledged the success of Cook + Schmid’s yearlong campaign that included several product launches as well as ongoing marketing and PR support.

Cook + Schmid also captured first place for tactics, in the category of Media Relations, for the launch of a line of Kratos’ military drones at the 2017 Paris Air Show.
