Tatiana Ambrosius
Tatiana is an experienced bilingual community affairs professional with experience in community outreach and collaboration, city government and other public agencies. Her past work includes working for the Office of Mayor Dick Murphy (San Diego) and the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG). As a policy and community affairs advisor to the Mayor, Tatiana was involved in downtown redevelopment issues and other planning and land-use decisions and acted as liaison between the community and the Mayor’s Office. She supported the Borders Program at SANDAG and was involved in planning and coordinating bi-national and regional transportation and infrastructure programs. As an entrepreneur, Tatiana founded and owns an artisanal salsa business. She manufactures, distributes and markets a five-item product line and creates demand for the new products in highly competitive market and has implemented social media campaigns to generate interest, promote the products, and identify customer needs and preferences. Tatiana is a graduate of the University of California at San Diego with a double Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Latin American Studies.
